Hoplà – Chef Béchamel

Hoplà Chef Béchamel is made with skimmed milk and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, with the addition of olive oil. With no preservatives and only 4% fat, it’s excellent for lasagne, cannelloni, gratins and soufflés. It’s also ideal for making sauces for meat dishes more flavoursome and creamy and to add flavour and lightness to your savoury dishes.

A UHT (long conservation) Béchamel sauce made with non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and skimmed milk.

Skimmed milk (88.4%), wheat flour “00” (it contains gluten), coconut oil (3.2%), olive oil (0.8%), modified maize starch, thickeners: carrageenan, xanthan gum, salt, nutmeg natural extract, flavourings.

The product should be stored at room temperature. In order to conserve the optimal quality of the product it is recommended to keep it in a cool place at a temperature of between 4° and 22°C. Once the container has been opened keep it in the fridge and use up within 3-4 days.

Excellent for lasagne, cannelloni, gratins and soufflés. Ideal for making sauces for second course meat dishes more flavoursome and creamy, and for lightly enhancing the taste of a variety of recipes.

Hoplà - Chef Cooking Cream

Hoplà Chef Cooking cream is the product made with non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, with the addition of olive oil. Excellent for making sauces, ideal for seasoning tortellini, ravioli and tagliatelle, indicated as an ingredient for making escalopes and quiches and also for adding a light and tasty touch to an infinite number of your creations. For side dishes it should be added once cooking is complete.

  • It contains no hydrogenated vegetable fats or preservatives.
  • It’s a strong seasoning product: is very creamy and blends perfectly with any type of dish, whether hot or cold, giving that full and rich taste typical of cooking cream.
  • With olive oil it’s ideal for dishes that are light and full of flavour.
  • It’s light: only 140 Kcal per 100 ml of product/ 70 Kcal per portion (50 ml).
