Soya drink

Hoplà Soya Drink is 100% vegetable, a source of fibre, and is made with Italian grown soya with no GMOs. Wholesome, healthy and light, it’s ideal either hot or cold for breakfast, either on its own or with coffee, cereals or in a tasty cappuccino.

Whipping soya

Hoplà whipping soya, light and delicate, is the ideal alternative to whipping cream because it’s 100% vegetable, gluten-free and contains no hydrogenated fats. Ideal for making and decorating cakes, semi-frozen desserts, ice cream and fruit salads.

A UHT sweetened product made with non-hydrogenated vegetable fats with soya protein.

Water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats 23 % (coconut oil, palm kernel oil, cocoabutter), sugar, isolated soya protein (0.5%), stabilisers : sorbitol syrup (E420ii), E463, E339, emulsifiers: E472e, E433, E472b, carrageenan (E407), salt, flavourings, colorant : E160a. Gluten-free.

The product should be stored at room temperature. In order to conserve the optimal quality of the product it is recommended to keep it in a cool place at a temperature of between 4° and 22°C. Once the container has been opened keep it in the fridge and use up within 3-4 days.

Before whipping the product, for its better yield, it is recommended to put it in the fridge to reach a temperature of between 5° and 8°C. It can be whipped using a whipped cream machine or a beater.

Soya spray

New recipe, for a 100% vegetable spray confectionary product, gluten-free and lactose-free. It's light and contains no hydrogenated fats, with the new Soya Ideas Hoplà you can give yourself a healthy sin of gluttony. Ideal to garnish and decorate desserts, fruit salad, ice cream, coffee and custards.

Vegetable confectionary product made with non-hydrogenated vegetable fats which is UHT, spray, sweetened with soya protein and naturally lactose-free.

Water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (22% coconut oil, palm kernel oil, cocoabutter), sugar (11%), SOYA protein (0.5%), stabilisers : E420ii, E460i, E466, emulsifiers: E472e, E433, salt, flavourings, colorant: E160a. Gluten-free. Suitable for individuals with a gluten intolerance.
