A UHT product for whipping and cooking with non-hydrogenated vegetable
Water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats 28.5% (coconut oil, palm kernel oil, cocoa butter), sugar, milk proteins, stabilisers : E420ii, E460i, E339, E466, emulsifiers: E472e, soya lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavourings, colorants: beta-carotene (E160a).
The product should be stored at room temperature. In order to conserve the optimal quality of the product it is recommended to keep it in a cool place at a temperature of between 4° and 22°C. Once the container has been opened keep it in the fridge and use up within 3-4 days.
Hoplà is a light cream which can be used as an alternative to animal cream to cook savoury dishes; in pastry and ice-cream making, it can be used as an alternative to animal whipping cream for fillings and decorations. For a better yield, the product should be whipped at a temperature of between 4° and 6°C.
