The product should be stored at room temperature. In order to conserve the optimal quality of the product it is recommended to keep it in a cool place at a temperature of between 4° and 22°C. Once the container has been opened keep it in the fridge and use up within 3-4 days.
Before whipping the product, for its better yield, it is recommended to put it in the fridge to reach a temperature of between 5° and 8°C. It can be whipped using a whipped cream machine or a beater.
