Hoplà Idee Veg Soya Barista is a 100% plant-based drink, source of fibre with 100% Italian and OGM free soya. Tasty, light and genuine, it is ideal for breakfast, hot or cold, plain or mixed with cereals or coffee. It is perfect for your morning foamy cappuccino!

Hoplà Idee Veg Whipping Soya

Hoplà Idee Veg da Montare it is the ideal alternative to the dairy cream for whipping. It is plant-based, gluten-free and free from hydrogenated fats. Ideal for cake filling or decorations, semifreddos, ice creams and fruit salads.

  • The 500 ml format is made of Bio Based paper, a certified paper composed of 85% of plant-based raw materials. The packaging avails itself of the International Carbon Trust recognition which certifies a 11% reduction of CO2 emissions due to the use of plant-based plastic.

The product should be stored at room temperature. In order to conserve the optimal quality of the product it is recommended to keep it in a cool place at a temperature of between 4° and 22°C. Once the container has been opened keep it in the fridge and use up within 3-4 days.

Before whipping the product, for its better yield, it is recommended to put it in the fridge to reach a temperature of between 5° and 8°C. It can be whipped using a whipped cream machine or a beater.
