Before whipping the product, for its better yield, it is recommended to put it in the fridge to reach a temperature of between 5° and 8°C. It can be whipped using a whipped cream machine or a beater.

Hoplà is a light cream which can be used as an alternative to animal cream to cook savoury dishes; in pastry and ice-cream making, it can be used as an alternative to animal whipping cream for fillings and decorations. The product should be stored at room temperature. In order to conserve the optimal quality of the product it is recommended to keep it in a cool place at a temperature lower than 22°. Once the container has been opened keep it in the fridge. Protect it from sun rays, do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 C°, do not pierce or burn, even after use.

For a better yield, the product should be put in the fridge (not in freezer) before using it. Shake well before use. When you use the spray can, turn it vertically and apply light pressure on the supply valve. After using it overturn the supply valve and wash it in running tap water.

Hoplà - Chef Cooking Cream

Hoplà Chef Cooking cream is the product made with non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, with the addition of olive oil. Excellent for making sauces, ideal for seasoning tortellini, ravioli and tagliatelle, indicated as an ingredient for making escalopes and quiches and also for adding a light and tasty touch to an infinite number of your creations. For side dishes it should be added once cooking is complete.

  • It contains no hydrogenated vegetable fats or preservatives.
  • It’s a strong seasoning product: is very creamy and blends perfectly with any type of dish, whether hot or cold, giving that full and rich taste typical of cooking cream.
  • With olive oil it’s ideal for dishes that are light and full of flavour.
  • It’s light: only 140 Kcal per 100 ml of product/ 70 Kcal per portion (50 ml).

A UHT (long conservation) seasoning made with non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and olive oil.
