Privacy notice for sending recipe book

The DATA OWNER is Cooperlat Soc.Coop.Agricola with registered office in Via Piandelmedico, 74 – 60035 Jesi (AN), Italy) which according to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, provides information regarding the processing of personal data about the download of the recipe book.

Data purpose

The personal data (email address), provided directly by the interested party are necessary to allow the download of the recipe book.

Legal basis

We will process your data only with specific consent given by you.
Your consent to the processing for this purpose is optional and can be expressed by checking the "I consent" field in the section of the site. Failure to consent to the processing of personal data only entails the lack of the possibility of downloading the recipe book.
